At Occupational Impact, we provide practical, evidence-based support to help organisations improve psychological health and safety at work. Through psychosocial risk consulting, wellbeing strategy, and leadership development, we partner with you to build systems and cultures that support your people and meet WHS obligations.

With deep expertise in psychosocial health and safety frameworks, mental health, and organisational change, we tailor our approach to your context — whether you’re implementing ISO 45003, responding to risk, or strengthening workplace culture.

Our work focuses on three core outcomes:

  • Safer systems
  • Healthy productive people
  • Sustainable wellbeing

Occupational Impact is part of a workplace psychosocial health and safety collective, drawing on a trusted network of qualified and experienced workplace mental health professionals. We engage relevant associates to ensure each project is delivered by the right experts for your needs.
